Advina Labs builds Impactfold.

Software vendors change APIs, authentication, permissions, configuration defaults and product behaviour all the time. Each announcement is written for everyone. A service provider then has to answer a narrower question for every customer it manages: are we affected, where exactly, what do we do, and is it finished?

Today that answer is usually assembled by hand, one customer at a time, and the evidence that the work was done is scattered or missing. Impactfold connects a published change to evidence in each customer's environment, turns exposure into assigned work, and closes the work only when a later check verifies it.

That purpose is not tied to one vendor or one change. Microsoft 365 is where it starts, because it is where most service providers' customers live. The first check is the retirement of Exchange Web Services, because it is current, customer-specific and verifiable.

Advina Labs is founder-led and self-funded. Vivek Maida, the founder, designs and builds the product, writes the detection rules, and is the person on every pilot call. The product is built with AI coding assistants under his direction and review.

That is why pilots are supervised and taken on a few at a time: the person who wrote the rule is there for the first consent, the first finding and the first verified closure.
