Terms of use
Last updated 26 September 2026. These terms cover this website and the supervised pilot program. A pilot is governed by the written agreement we sign for it; where that agreement and this page differ, the agreement applies.
The website
Content on this site is provided for information. It describes the product as it is on the date shown. We do not warrant that it is complete or free of error, and it does not form part of any contract unless a pilot agreement says so.
What Impactfold does and does not do
Impactfold reads data from customer environments with the consent of each environment's administrator (today, Microsoft 365 tenants), evaluates it against approved detection rules, and records findings. It does not modify any customer environment. Each rule observes only what it states it reads; for example, the EWS rule reports whether consent exists and does not determine whether an application is in use. A result marked Safe means the approved check completed with fresh, complete evidence and found no exposure within that rule's scope; it is not a statement that the environment is secure.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the customers you connect, for obtaining their administrator's consent lawfully, for the accounts you give access to your workspace, for the remediation actions you take on the basis of a finding, and for the hosting of any deployment you operate.
Our responsibilities
During a pilot we provide the deployment, the approved rule, and the supervision described in the pilot agreement. We keep the connector read-only and the audit trail append-only.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Advina Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or the product, and our total liability under a pilot is limited as set out in the pilot agreement.

Impactfold, its detection rules and this site are the property of Advina Labs. Microsoft, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online and Microsoft Entra are trademarks of Microsoft Corporation; Impactfold is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Microsoft.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The pilot agreement may specify otherwise.
